Chad Grimm Construction is a full-service home builder specializing in custom homes, accessory dwelling units, and remodels in San Diego County.

Born and raised in Encinitas, Chad first got a taste for construction while framing homes as a teenager during the summers. After serving six years in the US Coast Guard, Chad returned to the construction business managing production home projects for Dr. Horton, Sea Country Homes, and Morrow Development. In 2007, he founded Chad Grimm Construction and has been building quality homes for San Diego families ever since.

Chad is still living in Encinitas, with his wife, Michele and their son, Jack.
